What happens after I register?
After you complete registration, our team reviews your acquisition criteria and matches you with live opportunities. For every relevant deal, you receive a full CIM with normalized financials, operational data, and geographic context. We manage all communications between you and the seller and stay involved through close. We represent the seller exclusively, but our process is built to make the deal work for both sides.
